“…Our 143 Nd/ 144 Nd results for Ap1 and Ap2 of 0.511341 ± 23 (2SD) and 0.510999 ± 56 (2SD), respectively, agree well with those reported by from Yang et al (2008); Ap1 = 0.511342 ± 31 (2SD) and Ap2 = 0.510977 ± 39 (2SD). Our analyses of Durango apatite gave 143 Nd/ 144 Nd values of 0.512467 ± 48 (2SD), which is in good agreement with the ratios acquired by LA-MC-ICP-MS reported in Foster and Vance (2006) (0.512469 ± 25) (2SD) and by Fisher et al (2011) (0.512463 ± 48), and the TIMS value of 0.512489 ± 12 (Fisher et al 2011). Our 143 Nd/ 144 Nd result for the LREE glass is 0.512096 ± 16 (2SD) which is indistinguishable from the value determined by TIMS (0.512098 ± 13, (Fisher et al 2011).…”

Sm-Nd isochrons were calculated from 147 Sm/ 144 Nd and 147 Sm/ 144 Nd ratios of coexisting allanite and apatite using Isoplot (Ludwig 2012).…”

“…The 147 Sm/ 149 Sm ratio of 1.08680 (Dubois et al, 1992) and 144 Sm/ 149 Sm ratio of 0.22332 (Isnard et al, 2005) were used for correction. The in-house AFK perovskite standard was used for the external corrections of 147 Sm/ 144 Nd and 143 Nd/ 144 Nd (cf., Fisher et al, 2011;Iizuka et al, 2011). Our analyses yielded an average 143 Nd/ 144 Nd ratio of 0.512592 ± 22 for the AFK perovskite (reference value of 0.512609 ± 27, Wu et al, 2013a).…”
