Abstract:Resumo O artigo propõe-se analisar o movimento Slow food na França, onde está ativo desde os anos 2000. Surgido na Itália, o Slow Food se define e é percebido pela literatura sociológica como um movimento de consumidores que se propõe a fazer uma crítica da globalização e se preocupa com o meio ambiente e com a justiça social.
