Sling Compared with Plate Osteosynthesis for Treatment of Displaced Midshaft Clavicular Fractures

Abstract: One year after a displaced midshaft clavicular fracture, nonoperative treatment resulted in a higher nonunion rate but similar function and disability compared with operative treatment.
