Sleep Quality among College Students: The Role of Binge-Watching and Stress

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of binge-watching and stress on student sleep quality. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlation approach with data collection techniques in the form of filling out a sleep quality scale, watching parties, and stress.
