Sleep for Stroke Management and Recovery Trial (Sleep SMART): Rationale and methods

Abstract: Rationale Obstructive sleep apnea is common among patients with acute ischemic stroke and is associated with reduced functional recovery and an increased risk for recurrent vascular events.
