Abstract: A AB BS S T TR RA AC CT T Pregnancy and sleep disorders are strongly correlated. Sleep disorders commonly experienced in pregnancy include insomnia, restless legs syndrome, excessive daytime sleepiness and sleep disordered breathing, for example sleep apnea.
