Skull base surgery for pediatric parameningeal sarcomas

Abstract: Skull base surgery should be considered as a possible treatment in pediatric parameningeal sarcomas. Surgery is the only option in radiation-induced sarcoma. Larger studies are necessary to more clearly define surgical indications.
