SKRINING FITOKIMIA DARI EKSTRAK BUAH BUNCIS (Phaseolus vulgaris L) DALAM SEDIAAN SERBUK

Abstract: Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang skrining fitokimia dari serbuk ekstrak buah buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L). Hasil skrining fitokimia menunjukkan serbuk ekstrak buah buncis me… Show more

“…Therefore, this test can show the presence of active compounds which are antifungal in the lengkuas rhizome extract, the presence of phenol compounds which is indicated by yellowish green discoloration (there is a change in color) when FeCl3 is added. The reactions that occur are expressed as follows: FeCl3 (aq) + 6 ArOH (s) → 6H + + 3Cl -+ [Fe (Oar) 6] 3-(aq) (Nugrahani et al, 2016). In this study, there was a change in color.…”

“…The appearance of foam characterized saponin in the sample after shaking, and the foam was stable for ± 10 minutes. The emergence of foam indicates the presence of hydrolyzed glycosides (Nugrahani et al 2016). The reaction is as in The results of the phytochemical assay on nhexane, ethyl acetate, and methanol extract from frangipani flowers can be seen in Table 2.…”
