Skimmed Milk Applied as a Phytopharmaceutical Product: A Risk for Allergic Populations?

Abstract: Milk allergy is among the most common food-related allergies. Milk-based products are recognized as plant protection products (PPPs) in several countries as alternatives to synthetic pesticides.
