Skilled and Mobile: Survey Evidence of AI Researchers' Immigration Preferences

Abstract: Countries, companies, and universities are increasingly competing over top-tier artificial intelligence (AI) researchers. Where are these researchers likely to immigrate and what affects their immigration decisions?
