Sjukepleiaren si kompetanseutvikling i kommunehelsetenesta; samspel mellomutdanningsinstitusjon og arbeidsplass

Abstract: Referee* IntroduksjonHøgskulen i Sogn og Fjordane (HiSF) har sidan 2010 teke opp 30 studentar årleg til vidareutdanning i akuttsjukepleie for kommunehelsetenesta. Studiet er eit samlingsbasert deltidsstudie på 30 studiepoeng. Studentane på vidareutdanninga arbeider som sjukepleiarar i kommunale sjukeheimar eller i heimesjukepleia.
