Size-Dependent Thermoelastic Behavior Analysis of Functionally Graded Magneto-Electro-Elastic Cylindrical Shells Based on Modified Couple Stress Theory
Abstract:In this article, the influence of important parameters on the size-dependent thermoelastic behavior of functionally graded magneto-electro-thermo-elastic microcylinders (FGMEE) is studied by means of modified stress couple theory and under the influence of combined mechanical-thermal-magnetic loads. The equations of motion were derived by considering the linear behavior of the shells and considering the first-order theory of the nonlocal shear deformation of the shells. In the following, the results of solving… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
