Six Sigma Application: An Order Management System

Abstract: Order processing system is investigated using Six Sigma methodology to examine application of Six Sigma Methodology to a business problem that emerges with an Information Technology (IT) Solution as an appropriate alternative. This research was carried out to exhibit Six Sigma approach to business process problem solving.
