Sistemas polifásicos apresentam benefícios comparados aos sistemas trifásicos tradicionais, como, por exemplo, as máquinas polifásicas possuem maior torque, menor pulsação de torque e maior robustez contra falhas, pois na falta de uma das fases ele ainda pode operar com um bom desempenho. Assim, em sistemas polifásicos geralmente faz-se necessário um inversor ou retificador capaz de processar alta potência com distribuição de corrente entre as fases e nos semicondutores. Diante disso, este trabalho tem como principal contribuição apresentar a modelagem e propor o controle do conversor unidirecional (Vienna) hexafásico com saída em conexão paralelo. A modelagem é realizada em eixo síncrono usando uma transformada hexafásica. Por fim, para verificar o funcionamento das estruturas e do controle proposto, são realizadas simulações do hardware em tempo real (HIL), realizadas no equipamento OP5707 da OPAL_RT. Os resultados obtidos demostram a operação do conversor como retificador com alto fator de potência.
