Situated Artificial Institution to Support Advanced Regulation in the Field of Crisis Management

Abstract: International audienceThis paper highlights the use of Situated Artificial Institution (SAI) within an hybrid, interactive, normative multi-agent system to regulate human collaboration in crisis management.
