Sistematik Review: Fleksibel Working Arrangement (Fwa) Sebagai Paradigma Baru Asn Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract: Pandemi Covis-19 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pemerintah dalam menentukan arah kebijakan yang berkenaan dengan sistem kerja pegawai, dalam hal ini khususnya Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).
