A cook (chef) is a person whose job is to make recipes, determine and measure cooking ingredients, cook, also serve a dish that is delicious, looks beautiful, and deserves to be paid. In determining the selection of cooks (cooks) manually at the Garuda restaurant, there are shortcomings that make mistakes in choosing cooks such as the difficulty of registering prospective cooks (cooks), the selection process is complicated, and it is difficult to choose a cook (cook) who fits the criteria set. has been set by the company. So to assist the selection of cooks (chef) at Garuda Restaurant, it is necessary to build a system that can assist restaurants in making decisions based on the problems they are facing. The many branches of Garuda restaurants that are spread in almost various regions and cities make restaurant managers and chief cooks will have different opinions to choose the best chef to be accepted in Garuda restaurant. Based on the description of the problems that occurred, for the selection of the best cook (chef) at the Garuda restaurant, a decision support system (SPK) is needed in making decisions so that the information becomes accurate so that it can facilitate the selection of cooks at the restaurant. In this study, the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method was used for problem solving. This method can solve an efficient problem, because this method is used to find the best alternative based on the criteria. Seleksi penerimaan seorang Laboran adalah hal yang penting bagi STMIK Pelita Nusantara untuk memperoleh calon laboran yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan kebutuhan STMIK Pelita Nusantara. Selama ini belum adanya sistem yang dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menentukan calon Laboran. Dalam penelitian ini, diimplementasikan metode Composite Performance Index untuk membantu pihak manajemen STMIK Pelita Nusantara dalam menentukan calon Laboran. Metode ini dipilih karena merupakan indeks gabungan (composite index) yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penilaian atau peringkat dari berbagai alternatif (i) berdasarkan beberapa kriteria (j) yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi penerimaan calon Laboran dengan melakukan pembobotan terhadap setiap kriteria dari pelamar. Dari hasil yang diperoleh maka metode yang diimpelementasikan dan diuji melalui sistem dapat membantu pihak manajemen dalam menentukan calon Laboran pada STMIK Pelita Nusantara

The eligibility of recipients of government assistance programs for rural communities is an essential problem in this study. The distribution of recipients of government assistance programs was found to be misdirected. Some rich people receive government assistance programs, but some poor people do not receive government assistance programs. One of the government assistance programs is Community Based Development (CBD), a community development activity directed at increasing community access to achieve better socioeconomic conditions than before development activities to become more independent with a better quality of life and welfare. Everyone wants this assistance program, but the eligibility level of recipients is a problem in distributing it. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). To solve this problem, a decision support system must be created to assist the Dawuan District Office assess the beneficiaries' eligibility. The Composite Performance Index (CPI) method is needed to determine the provision of CBD assistance by using the criteria of income, housing conditions, education, and environment in the calculation. Each criterion's data from each alternative is weighted and summed to get the CPI value and used for ranking. Based on the results of system testing, the data from the calculation of the CPI method can be used as recommendations that follow the eligibility level of the beneficiaries. The most considerable CPI value is 285 on behalf of Mr. Sarip, who first prioritizes getting assistance from the CBD program. The second priority is on behalf of Mr. Budi, who has a CPI score of 265, to be the following reference as a recipient of assistance from the CBD program.
