Emissions from transportation activities can cause GHG effects, which cause an increase in city air temperature. The city of Bogor is working on processing BisKita as mass transportation, which is considered more environmentally friendly than public transportation (Angkot). This study aimed to analyze the basic conditions of climate-related transport emissions before and after BisKita and formulate good practice options for reducing emissions. The research was conducted in Bogor, West Java Province, focusing on public transportation and BisKita, which had not yet operated on the K3 (Ciparigi – Ciawi) and K4 lines (Bubulak – Sukasari Bus Terminal via Surya Kencana). The resulting emission value is obtained by calculating the vehicle emission value with the factors of route length, number of fleets, and total fuel consumption. The formulation of good practice options is generated for implementing low-emission transportation that is more environmentally friendly by analyzing various transportation policy literature that originates from literature studies. The analysis showed that angkot emissions could be reduced by 18.6% on the K3 route and by 14.8% on the K4 route as a reduction strategy (three angkot:1 bus) with BisKita as mass transportation. Bogor can implement various green transportation transitions and operational plans from other countries and cities in Indonesia.

The Indonesian government has set regulation, whereby 30% of the city region should be repurposed as green open spaces to mitigate climate change. However, several cities have not attained this because of a lack of land availability. One of the potential solutions is using of vertical gardens that can absorb CO2 in limited areas. The study aims to determine the CO2 absorption by several vertical plants at different sizes of planting areas and elevations. The study was conducted on three sites in the Department of Environmental Engineering Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember under various circumstances. The study variables included: (i) plant species, i.e. Antigonon leptopus, Epipremnum aureum, and Vernonia elliptica, which were grown in a 55×40×37cm box reactor, (ii) different catchment or planting areas (25%, 50%, and 75% of the reactor’s surface area), as well as (iii) elevations (0 m, 4.5 m, and 8.5 m above ground level). A single reactor was used as control variable. The parameters under observation were CO2 level, temperature, and light intensity recorded hourly from 06.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. The capability of the plant to absorb determined by the difference of Net-CO2-Con. The result shows that the more plant’s catchment areas positively contribute to the reduced CO2. The 75% of Antigonon leptopus potentially decreased by 314 ppmCO2/day, while 50% and 25% of it only decreased by 271 ppmCO2/day and 119 ppmCO2/day. Antigonon leptopus is the most efficient plant in its light tolerance, compared to other plants. Antigonon leptopus showed the highest CO2 uptake value at 314 ppmCO2/day, while Epipremnum aureum and Vernonia elliptica displayed 126 ppmCO2/day and 184 ppmCO2/day respectively. However, the CO2 uptake capability of each plant at different elevations was subjected to bias due to coverage by buildings and canopies. This altered the intensity of sunlight and interfered with plant assimilation, ultimately impacted the uptake capability of CO2.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lead Generation dan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Properti Syariah Haluoleo Land Kota Makassar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear ber-ganda dan teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial lead generation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti sya-riah haluoleo land kota Makassar, (2) secara parsial etika bisnis Islam ber-pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar, (3) secara simultan lead generation dan etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, im-plikasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel lead generation dan etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan kinerja dari setiap karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. This research aims to analyze the influence of lead generation and Islamic business ethics on employee performance at Haluoleo Land Syariah Properties, Makassar City. The time of the research was carried out from June 2023 to July 2023. This type of quantitative research used a survey approach. The data source used is primary data, the population used was 60 employees of Haluoleo Land sharia property Makassar city. The samples used were 60 samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and the data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that (1) partially lead generation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property in Makassar City, (2) partially Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property in Makassar City. Makassar, (3) simultaneously lead generation and Islamic business ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property, Makassar city. Based on the research results above, the implications of this research show that the lead generation variables and Islamic business ethics influence employee performance because they have a good impact on increasing the performance of each employee at the Haluoleo Land sharia property, Makassar city
