The rapid development of Subscription Video on Demand (SVoD) services in Indonesia makes it promising. The change in consumers’ behavior from watching movies through television channels and cinemas to online streaming has encouraged industry players to look for innovation. The research aims to analyze factors influencing the intention to continue using SVoD with Netflix as the case study. The research combines two theories, namely Information System Success (ISS) Model and Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT). The research also adds an aspect of personalization which is one of the characteristics of SVoD services. There are 623 respondents who have used Netflix’s SVoD service at least once (purposive sampling) to participate in the research. The data are analyzed using the covariancebased structural equation model and facilitated using AMOS 26 program. The results indicate that service quality has a positive effect on confirmation. Then, system quality has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, and confirmation has a positive effect on satisfaction. Moreover, satisfaction, perceived usefulness, and personalization positively affect continuance intention to use SVoD services. Based on these results, the research is expected to contribute to SVoD service providers to evaluate their services so that users have the intention to continue using the SVoD services.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi manajemen penginputan judul kuliah kerja praktek secara online berbasis laravel. Berkembang pesatnya angka positif Covid-19 membuat dunia menjadi resah, termasuk negara Indonesia yang sudah melalui 1 tahun lebih masa pandemi terhitung dari bulan Maret 2020 hingga bulan Mei 2021. Lonjakan kasus positif Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam keberlangsungan proses mengajar lembaga pendidikan. Covid-19 memaksa terjadinya transformasi digital menuju era pendidikan 4.0. Teknologi menjadi satu - satunya jawaban yang dapat membantu selama semasa pandemi, dengan adanya teknologi proses belajar mengajar tetap dijalankan, rapat, diskusi dan hal lainnya tetap berlangsung secara online. Dengan transformasi digital membuat cara konvensional tergantikan, salah satunya penginputan judul Kuliah Kerja Praktek (KKP) pada Universitas Raharja yang memanfaatkan kemampuan Ms. Excel. Pelayanan input judul KKP secara offline ini harus tergantikan, mengingat adanya Large-scale Social Restrictions yang mengharuskan mahasiswa melakukan kontak jarak jauh dengan pengurus penginputan judul KKP serta mengurangi pelayanan mengisi formulir yang cukup memakan waktu serta terjadinya kesalahan input data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode Agile Scrumban yang menjadi referensi dalam pengerjaan teknologi berbasis laravel. Dengan hadirnya teknologi ini menjadi temuan dalam menggantikan metode konvensional serta terobosan di masa pandemi yang serba digital. Penerapan penginputan KKP online, dapat memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi dalam pengerjaannya

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic that is currently engulfing the world, governments in various countries urge people to stay at home, making VoD (Video on Demand) streaming activities as an alternative entertainment for most people experience an increase. Objective: The purpose of this research is to perform a comparative analysis of service quality on two VoD platforms, namely Netflix and Viu using the Servqual (Service Quality) method. Methods: The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires through online media to 157 Netflix and Viu users. Service quality in this study was measured using the Servqual method consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness. Results: The results showed that IndiHome customers were not satisfied with the quality of services provided with an average gap of 1,539 (Ulkhaq and Barus, 2017). Conslusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the average gap between reality and expectations on Netflix service quality is 0.41 while the average gap between reality and Viu's expectations is 0.24, in addition, based on the results of hypothesis testing, it proves that the significance value (sig-2 tailed ) of 0.132 and 0.134 for the perception variable. At the 5% significance level, this value is significant because the significance of 0.132 and 0.134 > 0.05 shows that there is no difference in service quality between Netflix and Viu
