Sinugene Metastasierung eines beidseitigen Nierenzellkarzinoms (Hypernephrom)

Abstract: The paranasal sinuses are a rare location of metastases. The most frequent infraclavicular primary tumor is the renal cell carcinoma (hypernephroma). We report a case of a 64-old-woman with a bilateral renal cell carcinoma and metastases in the paranasal sinuses with destruction of the skull base.
