Sintesis Selulosa Asetat dari Limbah Pengolahan Agar

Abstract: Telah dilakukan sintesis selulosa asetat dari limbah pengolahan agar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi NaOH yang optimum untuk isolasi selulosa dari limbah pengolahan agar dan rasio selulosa terhadap asam asetat anhidrida yang tepat untuk sintesis selulosa asetat dari selulosa limbah pengolahan agar. Selulosa dari limbah diisolasi menggunakan NaOH dengan konsentrasi 3, 6, dan 9% pada 95 °C selama 35 menit.
