Abstract:Introduction: It is believed that immunosuppression is the sole cause for the occurrence of rhinosinusitis in hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). There is a high incidence of sinusitis in recipient patients, especially in those with Chronic Graft Versus Host disease (GVHD).
