“…[10] The most common presentation of SNTCS is nasal obstruction and epistaxis with average duration of symptoms reported as about 3.5 months. [5811] Rare symptoms include eye and/or facial pain, epiphora, headache, vision loss, exophthalmos, and anosmia. [5] Neurological symptoms are rare with SNTCS as they do not usually invade the intracranial space[11] and there are only few reports of neurological symptoms from SNTCS with intracranial extension.…”

“…[234] SNTCS is a highly malignant neoplasm and has a higher rate of recurrence even after gross total resection and is treated with surgery, with or without adjuvant therapies which include radiotherapy and chemotherapy, used alone or in combination. [56] Here, we are presenting a case with SNTCS involving the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, and all paranasal sinuses with bilateral orbital and intracranial extension, whose diagnosis was confirmed by histopathologic examination (HPE) of resected tumor tissues and immunohistochemical examination, treated with surgery followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.…”

“…Наиболее распространенным гистологическим типом в таких тератомах яв-лялся крупноклеточный рак [36]. К очень ред-ким формам относится и тератокарциносарко-ма полости носа и придаточных пазух [40,41]. Почти все такие опухоли выявлялись у взрослых мужчин и исходили из решетчатой пазухи и верхнечелюстной пазухи [42].…”
