Abstract:A 23-year-old young female patient was reported to the department of conservative dentistry and endodontics, with pain in her upper left posterior tooth region. Radiographic examination revealed a wide-open apex in the palatal canal of the upper left first maxillary molar and there was a periapical radiolucency associated with the tooth.
