Single Task Optimization-Based Planar Box Delivery Motion Simulation and Experimental Validation

Abstract: Box delivery is a complicated task and it is challenging to predict the box delivery motion associated with the box weight, delivering speed, and location. This paper presents a single task-based inverse dynamics optimization method for determining the planar symmetric optimal box delivery motion (multi-task jobs). The design variables are cubic B-spline control points of joint angle profiles. The objective function is dynamic effort, i.e., the time integral of the square of all normalized joint torques. The o… Show more

“…It can be understood that the traditional arti cial sh swarm algorithm strengthens the aggregation of sh swarms but reduces the role of individual sh in the swarm. e free swimming of the sh will lead to a larger range of results in the subsequent algorithm, which in turn a ects the foraging behavior of the sh [21]. When seeking the optimal solution, it enters a local circle, which is not perfect enough.…”

“…The motion capture system was comprised of 8 Eagle-4 cameras with 10 retroreflective markers placed on the right arm during each task as shown in Figure 3 (Motion Analysis Corporation, California, USA). Details on the motion capture environment are explained in [30,31]. Analog EMG signals were recorded with Trigno Wireless Biofeedback System (DELSYS Incorporated, Massachusetts, USA) containing 16 surface EMG sensors.…”
