Single Stage Nasal Reconstruction in a Near Total Nasal Defect

Abstract: Reconstruction of nasal defect is difficult and challenging. A full-thickness defect of nose requires reconstruction of thin inner lining, middle skeletal (bony/cartilaginous) support, and outer skin layer cover.
