In sports dance training, the injury rate of athletes’ ligaments is higher than that of ordinary ones. Careful study of ligament repair methods can better prolong the sports life of sports dance athletes. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how to analyze ligament repair in sports dancers based on health monitoring. This paper proposes a deep learning algorithm based on health monitoring and a neural network algorithm, both of which have the function of prediction. The experimental results of this paper show that the common injuries in sports dance include ankle ligament injury, medial and lateral knee ligament strain, lumbar muscle strain, toe joint strain, shoulder deltoid strain and other injuries. Among them, the number of ankle ligament injuries is the largest, with 36 people, accounting for 30%. The number of people with medial and lateral ligament strains in the knee joint ranks second with 32 people, accounting for 26%. The total proportion of two kinds of ligament strains is 56%, accounting for more than half. It can be seen that ligament strains are the most common in sports dance injuries, so it is of great research significance to repair the ligaments of sports dancers based on health monitoring.

Purpose Schenck IV knee dislocation patients have dissatisfactory knee function and return‐to‐sport rate with the existing treatment methods. The purpose of this study was to illustrate a one‐stage arthroscopic multiple ligament reconstruction method for treating Schenck IV knee dislocations. Methods A retrospective case series study was performed. All patients with a history of Schenck IV knee dislocation who underwent one‐stage arthroscopic multi‐ligament reconstruction from 2010 to 2018 were followed for 24 months. The outcomes, including general patient data, Lysholm scores, International Knee Documentation Committee (IKDC) scores, visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores, knee active range of motion, and complications, were reviewed. The data was analyzed with paired‐samples t‐test. Results A total of 12 patients, comprising nine males and three females, were followed up and reviewed. The mean age at the time of the surgical procedure was 40.3 ± 9.0 (22–57) years. The mean body mass index (BMI) was 24.6 ± 4.9 (15.2–32.5) kg/m2. The mean IKDC score and Lysholm score before surgery were 30.4 ± 6.1 (21–42) and 28.2 ± 6.2 (22–39), respectively. The average operation time was 121.8 minutes. The mean IKDC score and Lysholm score at the 24‐month follow‐up were 80.6 ± 6.5 (68–92) and 82.0 ± 7.5 (72–95), respectively. There were significant differences in the IKDC and Lysholm scores between the preoperative and 24‐month postoperative time points (p < 0.01). The mean knee range of motion was 124.6° ± 6.6° (115°–135°) at the 24‐month follow‐up. No major complications occurred. Conclusions The results of this retrospective study suggest that the new arthroscopic one‐stage multi‐ligament reconstruction technique is an effective way to treat Schenck IV knee dislocation with satisfactory postoperative knee function.

Arthroscopic Primary Repair of the Posterior Cruciate Ligament

The posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) is one of the four major stabilizers of the knee joint and functions as the primary restraint to posterior tibial translation. PCL tears rarely occur in isolation and most commonly presents in the setting of multiligamentous knee injuries. Several treatment strategies for these injuries have been proposed over the last decades, including ligament reconstruction and primary repair. Arthroscopic primary PCL repair has the potential to preserve native tissue using a more minimally invasive approach, thereby avoiding donor-site morbidity and allowing early mobilization. While arthroscopic PCL repair is certainly not an effective surgical approach for all patients, this procedure may be a reasonable and less morbid alternative to PCL reconstruction in selected patients treated for proximal or distal avulsion tears, with low failure rates, good knee stability, and good to excellent subjective outcomes. The surgical indications, surgical techniques, postoperative management, and outcomes for arthroscopic primary repair of proximal and distal PCL tears will be discussed in this review.
