Single-shot 3-D sensing of micro-meter height by multi-wavelength parallel phase-shifting digital holography

Abstract: We propose a single-shot three-dimensional sensing technique being capable of achieving measurement of a micro-meter height by multi-wavelength parallel phase-shifting digital holography.
