Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the superiority of single ring isolation (SRI) over circumferential pulmonary vein isolation (CPVI) plus modified posterior box isolation (MPOBI) using a high power of 40-45 W in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation (PeAF).
