Abstract: Brain metastasis (BM) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is uncommon but prognosis is poor. Anti-PD-1 immunotherapy benefits some advanced LSCC cases, yet its efficiency is limited by tumor complexity.
