Abstract:Until recently, platinum-based chemotherapy has represented the benchmark for the treatment of extensive disease small-cell lung cancer (ED-SCLC). ED-SCLC patients are often diagnosed with poor performance status (PS ≥2) and/or compromised organ functions.
