Abstract:Síndrome de Marfan (SM) é uma das causas mais importantes de alta estatura primária. Devido à sua raridade, o presente trabalho relata o caso de dois irmãos com essa síndrome, descrevendo suas manifestações clínicas cardinais, critérios diagnósticos atuais, principais diagnósticos diferenciais, além de ressaltar a importância do diagnóstico precoce e do acompanhamento multidisciplinar como fator essencial para redução da morbimortalidade e melhora da qualidade de vida desses pacientes.
