Abstract: RADIAL NERVE COMPRESSION SYNDROME AT THE ARCADE OF FROHSE Etiology, clinical symptoms, and surgical management of radial nerve entrapment in the cubital fossa are closely related to the underlying anatomy. The most important cause of posterior interosseous nerve syndrome is the fibrous arch of the supinator muscle (arcade of Frohse).
