Abstract: SUMMARY Epigenomic mechanisms direct distinct gene expression programs for different cell types. Various in vivo tissues have been subjected to epigenomic analysis; however, these studies have been limited by cellular heterogeneity resulting in composite gene expression and epigenomic profiles.
