Simultaneous Sinus Membrane Elevation and Dental Implant Placement Without Bone Graft: A 6‐Month Follow‐Up Study

Abstract: Implants placed simultaneously to sinus membrane elevation without graft material resulted in bone formation over a period of 6 months.
