Simultaneous Mutations in the CLCNKB and SLC12A3 Genes in Two Siblings with Phenotypic Heterogeneity in Classic Bartter Syndrome

Abstract: Two siblings (brother and sister) with renal tubular hypokalemic alkalosis underwent clinical, biochemical and molecular investigations.
