Simultaneous multi-camera calibration based on phase-shift measurements on planar surfaces

Abstract: We developed a method to calibrate a variable number of cameras with overlapping fields of vision and a markerless planar calibration target. To identify distinct pass points in the camera images with subpixel accuracy we use projected horizontal and vertical phase shift measurements.
