Simultaneous determination of androstenedione and testosterone in human serum by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

Abstract: We have developed a sensitive and precise LC-MS/MS method, which gives more accurate results for all androstenedione measurements and low testosterone concentrations than immunoassay.
