Abstract:A green, efficient, sensitive and accurate detection method by HPLC–DAD and LC–MS/MS was developed and validated for the quantification of morphine, hydromorphone, oxycodone, ketamine tramadol, dezocine, ropivacaine, remifentanil, butorphanol, bupivacaine, droperidol, fentanyl, lornoxicam and sufentanil.
