“…O método proposto para este estudo conseguiu atingir 0,02 µg mL -1 e 0,04 µg mL -1 para os limites de detecção e para o de quantificação, respectivamente. Nossos resultados mostram-se melhores que os apresentados por [26], onde o limite de detecção e quantificação foram de 0,1 µg mL -1 e 0,2 µg mL -1 , respectivamente.Vale ressaltar que a metodologia proposta no presente trabalho não necessita do pré-tratamento da amostra, fato que pode ser imprescindível em análises de substâncias bioativas presentes em fluidos biológicos.…”
