Simulation study on a DC-drive Electroosmotic Micromixer

Abstract: Abstract. In this paper, a type of DC-drive electroosmotic micro-mixer is proposed by numerical simulation. The model was built and optimized with multi-field coupling technique in finite element formation, in which the mixing efficiency was controlled by changing the Zeta potential distribution of the wall to make it under different driving voltage.
