Abstract: To improve the simulation efficiencies and accuracy of heat flow coupling of thermal barrier coatings (TBCs), a nozzle guide vane model with virtual TBCs was established, by equivalent series thermal resistance theory and virtual TBCs modeling method. The difference in heat flow and temperature on the nozzle guide vane surface with real and virtual TBCs was discussed and analyzed.
