Abstract:Based on the welding process of 1050/6061 aluminum alloy laser deep penetration welding, a nonlinear transient heat conduction model is established by ANSYS to calculate the temperature field during the welding process. The model considers the change of physical properties of materials with temperature, and uses APDL programming language to realize the moving loading of Gaussian surface heat source.
