Simulation of the Blow - Up and Cooling Processes of Hollow Blade Manufacturing

Abstract: The results of numerical simulation of hollow blade blow-up of a superplastic material and its subsequent cooling during the manufacturing process are presented. For each stage of the process, the distribution of internal strains and stresses are calculated to assess the effect of process parameters on the final result.
