Simulation of partial discharges under influence of impulse voltage

Abstract: Проведено схемотехнічне моделювання іонізаційного пробою твердого діелектрика з частковим розрядом у газовому включенні. Запропоновано декілька способів схемотехнічного моделювання пробою газового включення при частковому розряді. Встановлено, що при впливі повного грозового імпульсу напруги на діелектрик в газовому включенні виникають інтенсивні часткові розряди, як на фронті імпульсу, так і на його спаді.
