Simulation of Edge Chipping in Laser-Assisted Milling of Silicon Nitride Ceramics Using the XEFM

Abstract: Theoretical, experimental and simulation researches are investigated to study the phenomenon of edge chipping in laser assisted milling (LAML) of silicon nitride ceramics.
