Abstract:Guano flashover is the most typical type of bird damage fault, which can be divided into two types based on the formation mechanism: guano spatial flashover and guano pollution flashover. These two types of flashover are harmful to almost all levels of transmission lines. For 110 kV level transmission lines, guano flashover faults account for over 90% of all bird damage faults.
