Simulation-Based Assessment and the Regulation of Healthcare Professionals

Abstract: Although we still have much to learn about incorporating simulation into regulatory-based assessments, the authors believe that sufficient evidence exists to further advance the use of simulation-based assessments as part of the regulatory systems for healthcare professionals.
