Simulating Volumetric Pricing for Irrigation Water Operational Cost Recovery under Complete and Perfect Information

Abstract: This study evaluated the implementation of a volumetric and cost-recovery pricing method for irrigation water under symmetric information conditions without the inclusion of implementation costs.
