Abstract:Doubly corrugated steel arches are made by pressing transverse corrugations on trapezoidal cold‐formed steel sheets. Several studies show that these transverse corrugations may have a significant detrimental effect on the stiffness and load‐bearing capacity of the original trapezoidal profile.
